How It Works
When you choose to fundraise with Poppin’ West Texas, we provide your group with everything you need to succeed, including easy-to-use sales sheets. Here’s the rundown:
- Products & Profit Margins:
- We provide a sales sheet with our popular handcrafted kettle corn flavors to sell our 8″ x 20″ bags (approx. 10 cups) for $15.
- Your group keeps 50% of all sales, a return that stands out compared to most fundraisers in the area.

The Process
- Sales Period
- Groups typically sell for 2-3 weeks using the provided sales sheets.
- All payments are collected upfront and made payable to your organization.
- Order Submission
- At the end of the sales period, you’ll submit a total order list by flavor for the entire group.
- You keep the individual sales sheets from each participant.
- Delivery
- We deliver freshly popped handcrafted kettle corn 2-3 weeks after you submit your final order.
- Upon delivery, the organizer will double-check and sign off on the total order to ensure everything is accounted for.
- Extras & Bonuses
- We often include a few bonus bags of popcorn for your group at no extra cost!
- If additional bags are needed, we’ll gladly pop more and arrange for pickup or delivery.
