1. Set it up
Register your group and work with us to set your sale dates and flavor selection.
2. Collect your orders
Keep track of sizes, flavors, quantities, and payments. Submit your group’s totals when the sale ends.
3. Get your popcorn
Delivery is usually 2–3 weeks after the fundraiser ends. Your group keeps 50% of sales.

What y’all need to know
How it works
We provide sales sheets. Small bags are approximately 9 cups at $7.50; Large bags are approximately 18 cups at $15. Your group earns 50% of sales.
Sales period and payments
Groups usually sell for 2–3 weeks. For in-person orders, collect payment when taking the order, payable to your organization.
Submitting your group’s order
When the sale ends, send your group’s combined quantities by flavor and size. Keep participants’ individual sheets for distribution.
Delivery and order check
Delivery is usually 2–3 weeks after the fundraiser ends. Your organizer checks and signs off on the order when it arrives.
Extras and additional bags
We often include complimentary bonus bags. Need more popcorn? Contact us to arrange additional bags and pickup or delivery.
